The European Court of Justice (ECJ) already issued a verdict against the Czech Republic on the issue. The Czech Republic has failed to harmonise its legislation on doctors and dentists from other EU countries with EU directives.
EU foreigners who want to work as doctors in the Czech Republic must be members of the Czech Doctors Chamber (CLK) though a certificate from their home country should suffice.
