Qatari court halts prince's prosecution over Czech sexual abuse ... of Lebanese President Michel Suleiman last month. Lebanon's political crisis was defused by a Qatari-mediated agreement in Doha after the worst bout of internal fighting since the 1975-1990 civil war. Suleiman was elected in line with the deal but leaders have so far struggled to form a national unity government. Prime Minister Francois Fillon, senior ministers and leaders of all the main French political parties were part of the delegation.
