Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe will also attend the summit of the Southern African Development Community. An official with Mugabe's ruling ZANU-PF party says that stalled power-sharing talks with the MDC will would resume on the sidelines of the summit. Negotiations in Harare were adjourned earlier in the week after Tsvangirai and Mugabe failed to agree on who should lead a government of national unity.
