The owner of an opposition Web site in Russia's Caucasus region Ingushetia has died from a bullet wound to the head while in police custody.

Russia charges three for murdering Politkovskaya ... landed at Ingushetia's airport and was shot while they drove away. He later died in hospital. Yevloyev is one of the most high-profile journalist deaths since Anna Politkovskaya was shot dead outside her Moscow apartment in 2006, a murder for which Western countries condemned Russia's record on media freedom.
