US nuclear envoy Christopher Hill has met with his Chinese counterpart and the Russian ambassador in Beijing, as concerns mounted over North Korea's resumption of work at its main atomic reactor.
Hill had already held talks with Japanese and South Korean diplomats after arriving on Friday. North Korea last week announced that it had stopped disabling its Yongbyon nuclear complex, and would consider rebuilding it because Washington had failed to drop it from a terrorism blacklist. Since then reports have emerged that North Korea has moved equipment back to the Yongbyon nuclear complex.
