Thai lawmakers have elected Somchai Wongsawat as a new consensus-candidate for the post of prime Thai lawmakers chooses new PM ...
Samak dropped as Thai PM candidate ... minister.
The 61-year old is the brother-in-law of ousted Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, and has been heading a care-taker government since Samak Sundaravej was sacked by a court last week.
