1855: Perhaps predictably, I'm going to have a pop at Man Utd manager Sir Alex Ferguson now. For what he said about Keith Hackett and the rescinding of John Terry's red card, the FA should throw the book at him. Give him a 10-match touchline ban and he might stop thinking he's allowed to say what he likes when he likes about whoever he likes.

As the ball rocketed towards goal it seemed to pick up pace, eventually searing into the corner of the net. That, my friends, is why this competition is like no other.
