Zimbabwe's rival political factions are unable to agree on assigning cabinet posts in the new unity government.
A spokesperson for the Movement for Democratic Change described the talks as deadlocked. There are 31 ministries up for grabs under an agreement signed on Monday. President Robert Mugabe's Zanu-PF party is to have 15 posts in the cabinet. The Movement for Democratic Change, of Prime Minister designate Morgan Tsvangirai, is to get 13 posts, and a splinter MDC party is to get three.
